YSS Web Studio is a one-person web studio in Lansing, Michigan. We build small business websites and then keep them running. A Working Site is a monthly subscription: we build it, we host it, and an agent inside it drafts new pages, refreshes pages going stale and checks your rankings.
What the monthly fee covers
One fee a month covers the build, the hosting, the upkeep, and every meeting and revision along the way. There's no setup fee on any plan and changes never cost extra. You can cancel any month. There's nothing to recoup, and your domain and your content are yours to take.
Rebuild or a new build
Two ways in. A Rebuild is $350 a month and rebuilds your current site as it stands on our foundation, keeping your content, your URLs and your Google standing.
A New Build is $450 a month. That's the one when the design is the problem, or when you're starting from nothing. Every Working Site is drawn from a blank page, never a template, never a theme with your name swapped in, so it exists exactly once.
You see multiple concepts, different directions for the same site, and you pick the one we build out. We meet as many times as it takes and keep revising until you're happy, at no extra charge. No change fee, no hourly meter. Nothing ships until it matches what you pictured.
What happens after the site goes live
A Working Site produces something every week: drafts of new pages aimed at searches you should win, refreshes of pages going stale, and ranking checks on Google and in AI search.
Drafts are built from your existing pages and the way you already write, so they start in your voice. You read each one. One click approves it, one click kills it. Nothing goes live without that click.

Do I have to move my site?
No. Get Found installs the same agent alongside whatever you have now, on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix or something older, from $200 a month. Your site stays where it is. On a platform we can't write to, the drafts come back as finished copy with the page they belong on, ready for you to paste in.

People ask Claude and Perplexity for local recommendations and take the answer they get. Those tools read websites and repeat the ones with clear, current pages. The agent checks weekly whether Claude names your business when someone asks, and Perplexity too once you turn it on. You get what it found, not a claim that it worked.
