What this site records about your visit
We keep a simple record of how people use this website, so we know which pages are worth writing and who is trying to reach us. Here is all of it.
What we record
The pages you opened and the order you opened them in. How long each page was on screen. How far down you scrolled. Whether you tapped our phone number, our email address, or a link to book. Whether you started filling in the contact form, and whether you sent it. Where you arrived from, meaning the website that linked you here, not what you searched for. Whether you have been here before, and how many times. Whether you are on a phone, a tablet or a computer. The town or city your internet connection appears to be in.
What we do not record
We do not store your IP address. We do not store your browser's user agent string. We do not know your street address, your postcode, or your exact location, and we could not work them out from what we keep. We do not use cookies for any of this. We do not use fingerprinting: we make no attempt to recognise your device by its fonts, its screen, or anything else about it. We do not send anything about your visit to Google, to Meta, to an advertising network, or to any other company. There is no third party in this. And unless you fill in the contact form, we do not know your name, and we have no way of finding it out.
What the contact form is different about
If you fill it in, we get what you typed: your name, the way you asked us to reach you, and your message. You sent that to us on purpose so we can reply to you. We connect it to the pages you read before you wrote, so we know what you were asking about before we call you back.
Where it is stored
On this website's own servers, at Cloudflare. It never goes anywhere else, and nobody sells it or shares it.
How long we keep it
Ninety days for the record of a visit. One year for a message you sent us through the form. After that it is deleted automatically, not archived.
How to opt out
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we have already stopped: this site records nothing at all about your visit, and it never started. You can also press the button below, which deletes everything this site has about your browser and stops it recording anything again on this device.
How to ask us anything
Write to yssus.info@gmail.com. If you want the message you sent us deleted, say so and we will delete it.
